problem statement

University students often experience high levels of stress due to academic pressure, workload, and personal challenges. Despite the availability of mental health resources, many students struggle to access or engage with support services effectively. The lack of a user-friendly, accessible, and engaging platform to manage mental well-being leads to unmet needs. Our goal is to design a mental health app tailored to university students that offers personalized support, resources, and tools to help them manage stress, improve mental well-being, and encourage healthy coping mechanisms.
